This thesis examines the function of the Yıldız Archive in terms of pow-er while also addressing the development of a user-friendly digital in-terface to enhance its accessibility. This thesis, also examines the archival logic of the Yıldız Archive and its role in the construction of power. By focusing on the processes of select-ing, categorizing, and storing photographs, the study analyzes how the archive shaped visual memory and functioned as a governing practice using digital methods. The research aims to reveal how the archive op-erated as a mechanism for knowledge production and how the ruling elite of the period utilized archives and photography. Additionally, a user-friendly digital interface has been developed to enhance accessibility and understanding of the archive's rich content.
